Jade Rehu
Founder
I have been working in the Health and Wellness field my whole life, started as a Personal Trainer, owned and operated several Wellness Studios across Australasia. Worked for a Royal Family in the Middle East, Kuwait. Retrained as an Occupational Therapist, developed a proprietary system of assessment and coaching based on the six pillars of wellness; intellectual, energetic, physical, emotional, environmental and spiritual. Designed and delivered NZQA and ASQA Health Coaching qualifications. Currently working in General Practice as a Health Improvement Practitioner. My mission now is to utilize the skills I have cultivated to provide Well-being tools that are accessible to everyone.

I've been practicing Hot yoga for the past 5 years, I attribute Hot Yoga to fixing injuries sustained during weights and Rugby. It also has helped overall performance in sports I still compete in, such as weight lifting and touch footy. For me, it was the missing link and key to longevity. I have been a Qi Gong practitioner for over 15years and has fully emmersed myself 3 times studying at length in the Wudang Mountains, in Hubei China.

Faith Valentina
Hey!
My name is Faith and I'm a trained in Traditional Hatha Hot Yoga 26 & 2, Vinyasa, Hot HIIT Pilates and Aerial Yoga. My parents put me into Hot Yoga and HIIT Pilates when I was 11/12 years old and I fell in love after a few classes. Traditional Hot Yoga taught me self-discipline and that I am in control of my mind and my body. I have developed a daily practice that cultivates positive energy and perspectives, I believe that there is good in everyone and everything, and when you tap into that it that's when the magic and transformation happens.
Trish Haringa
With over a decade of experience as both a yoga instructor and registered nurse, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic wellness to my teaching practice.

As a nurse, I witnessed first hand how life's unexpected turns can impact our health. This insight drives my passion for empowering others to take control of their wellbeing through yoga.

My approach to teaching Hot Yoga is grounded in authenticity and accessibility. Each class is an invitation to challenge yourself while honoring your body's wisdom.

What makes this practice truly special is its ability to meet you exactly where you are. There's no need for perfect flexibility or previous experience – just bring your willingness to show up, breathe, and move. The heat becomes your ally, helping to soften both physical and mental limitations.
Through this practice, you'll discover, as I have, that some of life's most powerful transformations happen one breath at a time.
Craig
A Hot Yoga enthusiast, who has a genuine love of the practice and the continuous teachings it has brought into his own life Craig. Began his Traditional Hot yoga journey in Brisbane, Australia 2008. Where he attended the Traditional Hatha Bikram Teacher Training in 2009.
This practice has been a vehicle for craig to teach all around the world, which has enriched his professional and personal practice. He is very excited to be now teaching in Auckland's newest and hottest yoga studio in town.
Any questions you have before and after class, he is always happy to answer.
Valentyne Tuiavi’i
Kia ora, I’m Valentyne. Yoga has always been part of my recovery and healing journey, and I never imagined I would one day be teaching it. After earning my degree in primary teaching in 2017, I wasn’t quite ready to be a full-time teacher. A few years later, I discovered hot yoga in 2023, finding the perfect fit for deep inner healing, mindfulness, and awareness. I love sharing the joy of self-improvement, health and well-being. I hope to share my journey, allowing my experiences to shine through in every class, and helping each person who lays their mat down to glow from within.
