Our Mission and Vision

Hot Yoga Takapuna is here, come and visit our purpose built studio, where the Yoga, Pilates and other practices we preach is HOT!  Whether you are a newbie or an avid practitioner, our trained instructors are here to support you on your Wellness journey every step of the way. In partnership with Lifestyle Redesign collectively our mission is to provide a holistic full wrap around support to our members and community,

HOT YOGA

Here we practice a Traditional Hatha 26 & 2 postures, Vinyasa and Yin. We offer a combination of 45min, 60min, 75min and 90min classes, a progressive pathway that caters for all levels. Hot Yoga has been proven to help you burn calories, build bone density and strength, boost your cardiovascular fitness, prevent injury and improve your flexibility. It may also help ease anxiety, depression and stress, reduce blood sugar and nourish the skin. Bring your bottle of water, towel and yoga mat and let the magic happen.

HOT HIIT PILATES

Hot HIIT Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using the Pilates principles. The HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training meaning that It's high intensity, and the low impact format is designed to strengthen muscles without the pounding of high impact workouts. Hot HIIT Pilates is a challenging full body workout for levels, shapes and sizes. It is performed on a yoga mat in our custom built room heated to approximately 35 degrees. If getting shredded for summer is the goal then Hot HIIT Pilates is the answer.

HOT PRIMAL

Hot Primal Build is a workout like no other! Developed using the 7 primal human movement patterns. These fundamental movements are the basis for all movement and exercises. Locomotion, Hinge, Lunge, Squat, Push, Pull, Rotate. This 45min class is designed to build muscle and strength whilst burning fat whatever your level. By adding resistance to increase the stimulus, or increase your endurance by holding positions for longer or decreasing the rest periods, this workout will challenge and bring out the best out of anyone. Performed in our purpose built heated room, between 30 and 35 degrees this workout really is 'like no other'. Instructed by one of our Exercise Specialist this class will ensure you build muscle, burn fat and detox at the same time so you get more bang for your buck.

HOT BOX

Sharpen your boxing skills, in our purpose-built hot room, with the temperature set at 30 degrees. a combination of boxing technique and combinations, resistance work and cardio will take your workout to another level. This is a fun, high energy, high motivation boxing conditioning workout. Bring your towel, gloves, water bottle and 'mama said knock you out attitude'. ;)

BEACH BOOTCAMP

Immerse yourself in Te Taio (the natural world) of Takapuna Beach. These sessions are a combination of Qi Gong breathing, resistance circuit training, yoga stretching/ meditation followed by refreshments, connect with nature, join the community.
